Manchester United are allegedly in the running to complete the stunning move of Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar.
The Brazilian international forward is one of the best players around the world and has been one of the Sports biggest figures for a couple of seasons now.
The Red Devils could surely do with a key acquisition of this calibre, and as per Don Balon, United has been named as one of three suitor’s Neymar’s dad looks to be talking with.
Real Madrid and Manchester City also look to be in the running for the South American, who’d cost over £197million, as per Don Balon.
It remains to be known who will eventually win this transfer rivalry, but Don Balon explain that La Liga giants FC Barcelona are not interested in entering the running to bring back Neymar Jr.
The 26-year-old attacker had his issues in his time at the Catalan club, and perhaps didn’t depart Nou Camp in the best possible way in terms of keeping his fame with Barcelona supporters.
United would happily have him at Old Trafforfd, however, with the side in dire need of strengthening in attack after the lack of key success by Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez and Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku.
It’s difficult to imagine the PSG star wouldn’t be a huge upgrade, and a key purchase of this type surely has the ability to help fire the team back to where they use to be.
The Portuguese is believed to be keen to further strengthen his defensive option, but, with the side already letting in 21 goals in the top-flight this season.
